Tradermap Lite

What is Tradermap Lite?

Tradermap Lite is a simplified version of the Tradermap Pro add-on, specifically designed to operate automatically on ES, NQ, MES and MNQ Futures. This add-on effectively filters out Market Maker bots from the heatmap. For enhanced features and greater flexibility, consider upgrading to Tradermap Pro.

Filters

Tradermap Lite offers a variety of filter options to customize your trading experience:

Standard sensitivity

Filters out most bots. While effective against the majority of bots, some specific bots may still appear on certain instruments.

High sensitivity:

Maximizes bot filtering.Removes nearly all bots across all instruments. Be aware that this setting might also exclude some common orders. Use it with caution to avoid unintended order exclusions.

Low sensitivity:

Minimal interference with regular orders. This filter has little to no impact on normal orders but may filter out many (though not all) bots, providing a balanced approach between order visibility and bot exclusion.

What instruments can I use Tradermap Lite with?

Tradermap Lite can be used with the ES, NQ, MES, and MNQ instruments through Rithmic, BookmapData, and IqFeed connections. If you want to filter Market Makers from other instruments, consider using Tradermap Pro.

Why can’t I read the heatmap like before? These large liquidity bands are making it very hard to read!

This is due to a stacker algorithm from a larger player, which positions itself in the market around 8am EDT. This algorithm shadows the market all day with high liquidity on three price levels, moving about 3-4 points away from both the best bid and the best offer. Its goal is to get a good position in the order book queue so that it can be filled before others when trade conditions are right. Unfortunately, this algorithm makes the heatmap harder to read, but Bookmap’s heatmap is working correctly and shows the true state of the market.
